”Lupin the Third!!” The top image from senastyle.com, the next one from alexander.art.coocan.jp, the next from test.comixo.com & the bottom from amiami.jp. The above anime which falls in the categories of “action”, “comedy”, “mystery” & “SF” is my absolute favorite. The main character, Lupin the Third (the bottom image center) is a half French/half Japanese grandson of Arsene Lupin (the world-known gentleman thief created by M. Leblanc). Like his grandfather, Lupin the Third is a world-class thief but not as gentlemanly as Grandpa; he is a cool bad boy every woman falls for. He works with Daisuke Jigen (the bottom image with a hat), a genius marksman & Goemon Ishikawa, a descendant of the actual famous Japanese thief by the same name (the bottom image with a sword). There also is a femme fatal, Fujiko Mine (the second image from the top) who is his nemesis/soul mate. Lupin the Third and his gang are pursued by Inspector Zenigata of ICPO (a descendant of the famous Japanese detective created by K. Nomura). The cool factor of this anime is awesome, watch it!!

The top image from togetter.com, the middle one from moon0201.blog32.fc2.com & the bottom from nicovideo.jp. “Space Battleship Yamato” is another Japanese Sci-Fi anime I loved; the show was aired 1974-1975 and received the “Seiun-sho” (Nebula Award) from the Japan SF Convention. Story: In 2199 the Earth was under attack by the Gamilas Empire, an alien race bombarding our planet with radioactive meteorite bombs. The Earth had turned into a red planet without the ocean heavily contaminated by radiation. Humans were on the brink of extinction when a message from the planet Iscandar was received; offering to provide a device ridding of radiation if humans traveled to their planet. Humans resurrected sunken Battleship Yamato (an actual WW2 battleship) lying on the dried up ocean floor (the bottom image) & turned it into a spacefaring battleship. With only 1 year left till the human extinction, Yamato set out on a desperate journey to Inscandar with the Gamilas Empire standing in its way. I leave the rest out not to spoil the fun for those who haven’t seen the anime!

Did my first class of Bokwa yersterday night with my girls yehhh……..well as you know, I’m a Zumba addict so that’s maybe why i didn’t like Bokwa…..the music is good, but it’s not so fun, and as you can see on this picture, the instructor is not smiling a lot :( she’s also a Boot Camp instructor !!! ( the pink one in the middle ) well i’ll maybe try again with another instructor… also we only jump on the same leg with the one & one step ……but my girls liked more than me…
